I am trying to get away from social media

It's my second day of not using any social medias. I used to open Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter multiple times in a day. I was addicted to YouTube. For two complete days I haven't opened any of those. So far its going well but I get this urge to open them. Then I think about how they are psychologically manipulative and how they are capable of twisting facts just for business. Then I divert my self to either read few pages of a book in my e reader or visit Dev.to and read a article. I have realized these two days have been relatively productive so far. I was ill with dizzy ness

I was ill for a couple days. I am getting better now, however. It all started five days back. After I reclined to bed, my head began feeling heavy. Then suddenly I started feeling dizzy. It stopped after a while. This happened for whole night. In the morning I was feeling extremely weak. I tried waking up. I was all dizzy. I nauseated couple of times from trying to wake up and sitting by leaning against the wall in bed. I put pill for cushion. Then I felt like vomiting so I asked for a bucket. After a while I started vomiting, I was still dizzy. After couple of times of vomit, I again lied in bed. Later in the afternoon I went to nearby clinic and took pressure test. I was 100/70. The pharmacist suggested mineral packets and a vitamin B complex. So I took them. The whole day I drank the jiwan jal water. Next morning also I was feeling weak and a little dizzy. I wasn't feeling like eating anything. Tried to have a little meal and then I went to a hospital. Took blood and urine test....

Let us take a case where two people are put to two different environments for a period of time, say 5 years. Let's call them A and B. Those environments are planned to reflect on two contrasting topics. Each of these environment is adorned with facets of those corresponding beliefs. That period of time being exposed to endless batters of those beliefs, will make these topics a fact for them even if they are not. Is this how human psychology works? Now let's come back to our real life. These days we will scroll through our phones more than we blink. The amount of information flowing through the screen is so captivating that we miss our buses to our schools and works. All the people we ever knew are at our finger tips away. We now easily know where each of them are, what they are doing and what they are about to do.
